Checked casually today, case status mentioned approval notice mailed on nov 8th (today!) :dance:

I-130

07/27/2007 : Mailed I130 for spouse (VSC)

09/20/2007 : NOA1

11/07/2007 : NOA2

NVC

11/20/2007 : Case # Assigned

03/10/2008 : Case Completed!

03/20/2008 : Interview Scheduled & Interview letter mailed

03/25/2008 : Beneficiary received interview letter

03/25/2008 : Case forwarded to consulate. NVC message updated on 3/28/08.

Consulate

05/22/2008 : Interview

05/22/2008 : Visa granted and passport collected same day.

05/26/2008 : POE (Newark, NJ).

Congratulations mgk!!! I am just curious, did you request for expedited service? According to VSC receipt update on Nov.1, they are still working on I-130 sent to them before July 24. You sent them yours on July 28 and you got approved already. A lot of people who sent their I-130 at the end of July still have not received their NOA1 yet.

You sent them yours on July 28 and you got approved already. A lot of people who sent their I-130 at the end of July still have not received their NOA1 yet.

I sent my I-130 on 5-19-07 to the Vermont Office

Notice of Receipt was on 5-21-07

Notice of Approval was on 6-7-07

I didn't request no Expedite service.. I also I sent my application via Priority Mail only..

Today I just got my IV Fee Bill of $380.. After paying this, I am going to be on my last step which is the DS230..

IR-1 Visa for Wife

NVC Case Complete = January 2, 2008

Received Packet 4 here in the US (Interview Packet) = January 18, 2008

Case Left NVC Forwarded to USEM Manila = January 23, 2008

SLEC Medical = Jan 31 and Feb 1, 2008 (2 days)

USEM Manila Interview = February 20, 2008 @ 8:30am = DONE! (Status: 2 Months wait is over APPROVED)

CFO Guidance & Counseling = April 17, 2008

Visa in Hand = April 18, 2008 (Our Wedding Anniversary)

Arrival in the US and POE = April 23, 2008 JFK Intl. Airport New York City

Social Security Card = May 2, 2008

Green Card in Hand = August 18,2008

quick one, I did a online address change yesterday before checking the status of case. Today morning, case status has below message.

question: is everything ok?!

Contacted service center today, everything looks good. case was approved on nov 7th and approval notice mailed out on nov 8th.
