But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Given that most of us have a serious VJ addiction, we dont venture out much. We start getting the shakes if we dont post for more than a day. ;)

I have yet to find another site that would serve as well. There is such a wealth of information on this site, Ive never really found it all that lacking. Once in awhile when I need to learn about a specific law or unusual situation I go persuing the government sites (ICE, travel.state.gov, uscis.gov, stuff like that). But for the most part, the best stuff is here. And I must say VJ is perpetually more entertaining than the government websites.

http://community.lawyers.com This is useful. Sign in to the main site, then select message boards at the top left side menu, then 'Immigration" as the category and then "US Immigration" as the sub-category. It isn't just family based immigration nor are people as supportive, but the objective is to allow a lawyer to answer the questions. It's worth checking out. Edited by Kathryn41

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

It's always good to read other immigration forums for information...but the most useful of any of these forums are the guides.

The forums I frequent as well as Visajourney is

I always suggest backing up any immigration info you read here from USCIS and other official websites. Once you get used to their phrasing and can navigate their site they actually do hold wealth of immigration information (funny that! :P ).

So, yes, USCIS, although it isn't a forum of course.
