These are the things I have included.

1. Pictures, with dates and explanations on the back.

2. Color photocopies of plane tickets and flight schedule coming home from Hungary.

3. Color photocopy of all Bus passes during my time in Hungary.

4. Copy of stamps in Passport of entering and exiting Hungary.

5. Copy of Visa for Hungary in Passport.

6. Copy of Residency permit in Hungary.

7. Copy of letter written while in Hungary. (The letter has a date)

Is there more that I should include here? I have my Petition all setup with the Acco fastener, I am just about to put it in the mail, maybe even TODAY!

Met online November 2005 playing City of Heroes

First met in Canada, Sept 22, 2006 <3

September 2006 to March 2008, 11 visits, 5 in Canada, 6 in NJ

Officially Engaged December 24th, 2007!!!

Moved to the U.S. to be with my baby on July 19th, 2008 on a K1 visa!!!!

All I sent was a copy of my passport stamps for entering the country and like 24 pictures of us together while I was there, then signed the back of everything stating the date and place of the pictures, and that it was me and her. So hopefully what you sent is sufficient, because if not, what I sent definitely isn't.

That doesn't prove anything about meeting in the past two years. This isn't necessary for your initial application from what I understand :)

Nope, not needed until interview.

Dave has far more than most would have. Plenty, to be sure.

You are correct ;) That stuff isn't needed until the interview...some people throw it in there cause it can't hurt but it's not mandatory.

January 14, 2008- Request for more evidence

March 7, 2008- NOA2 e-mail !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

April 9, 2008- Fiance received Packet

May 16, 2008- Went to Brazil to be with my fiance and do the interview with her

June, 9, 2008- Visa Arrived

June 17, 2008- Fly home together

September 6, 2008- Marriage Ceremony

September 9, 2008- Got Legally Married on paper

September 18, 2008- I-94 expired

January 15, 2009- Sent AOS papers to Lawyer

January 23, 2009- Received more papers from Lawer that needed to be signed

February 6, 2009- Filed AOS

February 10, 2009- AOS NOA1

February 14, 2009- Received appointment paper for Biometrics

March 5, 2009- Biometrics appointment

April 25, 2009- Received I-131

April 29, 2009- Received EAD

May, 2, 2009- Received appointment paper

OP, looks good. I sent something similar:

Copy of Brazilian visas from passport

Copy of stamped entries into Brazil

Copy of teaching certificate from Brazil

Copy of both sides of Brazilian residency card with translation

Copy of Flight Coupons and the itinerary from last trip

Receipt from hotel and business card with translation

Pictures (6) from 2004 until the present

This was only for proof of meeting - I sent more for proof of ongoing relationship.

11/2004 - Met in Brazil

09/2006 - Apply for K1

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil
