I'm having a dilemma...I have this person that is an internet friend that tried to get a B1 visa and failed to be picked. So he is not trying for a green card but he is in the US right now working for the company "for free" but they're paying for the green card in return for him working. Do I do something about this? On one hand I feel like I should and on the other I know how ####### the waiting process is. He has had many job offers in his home country but is not taking the jobs.

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.

I forgot to add that he lied at his POE and said he was visiting friends. I don't know I feel bad but at the same time I feel like I should do something. It's not fun but everyone has to wait. He's from France it's not like he is from some horrible country

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Nah, I'd stay out of it. Karma baby....somewhere along the line his lies will catch up with him. It's not comforting when you are in the middle of waiting, but in the end you have the satisfaction of not having to look over your shoulder ever and wonder if you'll get caught in a lie. He may have to.

I'm sure that was it. I'd bet that if you weren't going through this process the thought wouldn't even cross your mind.
