By both and all four pages signed by each. Take a look at the example forms here on VJ, they are a good baseline to work from.

Yes, both the USC and the beneficiary has to complete a G-325A. Make sure that you both sign all four pages, and submit the documents with original signatures if you're planning to make a photocopy of the entire package.

I don't know if you got a "bad" one but here at VJ there is a link to fill out the forms online..it has all 4 pages and when you fill in the top one it automatically fills out the other 3...then you just print and sign....

Hello y'all This is my first post and i'm just preparing my I-129 f form and before I go ahead I have to do the G-325A form my fiancee just finished filling this form and already mailed and it is on its way here, unfortunately when she scanned the form G-325 and sent to my e-mail, to be sure she was doing it properly, i noticed on the field " if your native alphabet is other than roman letter, to write name in the native language " Since her native language is Russian she wrote her name in this field in English , will this error will cause any delay or REF ? Guys i'm a newbie here I hope you all can help me out with this i hardly could not sleep so I came here if anyone has any similar problem , and how can i correct this error? while i probably will get her G-325 forms signed and filled next week since it is already on it way, will I have to make her do again the G-325 form? I probably will have her download and also do it over again for the error she made by writing her name in english in the field that requires her to write her name in her native alphabet language, I kindly appreciate any help pls

The error will most likely cause an RFE. It has to be in her native alphabet, so best to have her re-send the corrected form to you.

Since the form is only on its way to you, it can still be corrected. That spot doesn't require a signature, just the native alphabet to be used. You or anybody with the ability to write/print her name in the native characters can simply line out the English version and fill in the name correctly on all four pages.

Yes, all 4 pages for each of you.

If you fill it online and then print, all 4 pages come out.

I just downloaded some Thai fonts and typed that in for my wife. No RFE!
