NOA1 for august filer!!

we filed I-130 last august 20 and it was delivered august 23 but until now we dont have the NOA1 yet ... I just thought that some august filer who filed 1st and 2nd week of august got their NOA1..

is anyone there who filed mid-august havent got their NOA1? hope im not alone.. im a bit worry now.. :o

we filed I-130 last august 20 and it was delivered august 23 but until now we dont have the NOA1 yet ... I just thought that some august filer who filed 1st and 2nd week of august got their NOA1..

I also filled my I-130 the same day You did to Nebraska, and they received it on the 23rd of Aug.

I am still waiting for my NOA1. Hopefully they will get to our paperwork soon :)

Keep Your fingers crossed, it takes a lot of patience :)

We sent ours to Nebraska on August 11th, it was received on August 13th, then it was forwarded to California and we received NOA1 on October 1st (even though we'd been to the bank that day and they said our cheque hadn't been cashed yet). It took 50 days but we got it, so hang in there. They are coming through, slowly but surely.

Met in the US: 2002

Married : 2007-08-03

I-130 Sent : 2007-08-13

I-130 NOA1 : 2007-09-26

Abandoned application and OH moved to the UK.

April 2009 starting all over again DCF this time.

Marriage : 2007-08-03

I-130 Sent : 2009-05-02

I-130 NOA1 : 2009-05-06 (no receipt received this is the date the money was taken from credit card)

RFE: 2009-06-02. Credit card receipts and dreaded RFE's.

RFE replied to: 2009-06-04. Hoping they have everything they need

NOA2 approved: 2009-06-11.

NOA2 received: 2009-06-15.

Packet 3 received: 2009-06-17.

Packet 3 returned: 2009-06-17.

Medical booked for July 13th.

Medical done, passed pending xray and blood tests.

July 13th: Still waiting for interview date...phoned DOS and they said everything is in order and we're eligible for an interview and to be patient...back to waiting.

Called DOS again 17th July, they said we have an interview date whoop!!

Interview: July 29th (hubby's birthday) WOOHOO!! Visa approved

SMS message 31st July saying visa will be delivered on Monday.

August 1st: Visa here!!!! whoop whoop!

So much left to do...but the worst is over :)

If you can get a copy of the cheque, on the back is your receipt number, mine starts of WAC then some numbers.

I-130

Met in the US: 2002

I-130 Sent : 2007-08-13

I-130 NOA1 : 2007-09-26

on the back of the actual cached check their is a number ... that is your case number .... ... i sent mine on aug 25th still waiting

NOA1's are coming slowly but surely. A lot of mid-August filers have been in this situation. We received ours only a couple of days ago but it had the correct 'received date' on it, so don't worry. Your petition should be filed with the rest of the August petitions. :)

I sent mine in end of July.. got a denial cause they Lost my check and they said no check was enclosed (punks!!) on august 24. I resent it AGAIN with the check taped on on august 24 (SAME DAY I GOT DECLINE). and now its october.. and nothing.. no NOA1... im furious... so much time wasted..

Ouch! I went online at my bank and looked at the pic of the back of my check and saw my # there. Did you try seeing a microfiche/copy of it?

2-2-07 Sent I-129F to NSC

2-6-07 NSC received USPS mail, NSC then to CSC

2-15-07 NOA1 -file received

2-16-07 check cashed

2-23-07 touched

5-4-07 NOA2 approval -email

5-13-07 sent cancellation request letter

6-7-07 we're going to retry with a K-3

8-6-07 married in Thailand (dual language, dual representation prenuptial)

8-7-07 sent K3 from Bangkok

9-10-07 I-130 NOA1, (received at CSC 8-9-07)

10-9-07 sent I-129F to CSC

11-1-07 touched I-130

requested consular processing I-130 (http://www.uscis.gov/files/pressrelease/PN_i-129f.pdf)

9-13-07 I-129F for Spouse arrived CSC via USPS return rcpt. requested

4-1-08 NOA2 for K3 (I-134 supposed to be processed but processed I-129F instead)

7-11-08 interview Bangkok, passed.

7-16-08 POE arrival, 2 hours in Seattle Customs.

AOS I-486 sent 4-4-09

AOS NOA1 4-13-09 for all; I-485, I-131, I765

RFE 4-27-09 Thai official document in lieu of original Birth Certificate not sufficient???

Infopass appointment 5-26-09 at USCIS. Officer thought our doc was valid and doesn't know why the RFE.

7-28-09 EAD and AP sent

Social Security card 8-4-09

interview 9-10-09

10 year green card expires 9-17-19, Permanent Resident Card.

Resident since 9-10-09.

Thank u everyone for replying im so mmm stressed over this took forever to talk him into coming to the states (two years)

I wish everyone good luck.........does anyone know how long delhi takes after this is done? Is it really slow or....?

06-12-2008 Visa Arrives Via Express Mail. Rio consulate used TNT consigment service.

They finally cashed my check but I did not receive my NOA1 yet? What do I do ? Just wait , how long does it usually take after check has been cashed ? Do I print the copy of my check and send that in with my I-129 application ? Is anyone in the same situation ?
