I agree!!! CSC just sucks!!! wish they would at least be honest about things thats all!!!!! I dont understand what the point is about lying??!!! we all already know they are really slow at what they do!!!!!

afterforever -- I dont think I'm goin to call NVC until Monday or Tuesday b/c I called on Mon and then again on Wed........ I dont want to piss 'em off...... but I have however e-mailed them and they responded to the first e-mail i sent but they have not to the second!!! Glad your case is in the pile of with mine! -------- let me know if you call them and what they say! it'll be interesting to know how quick they get the stuff entered into the system!

Call tomorrow you guys! You won't piss anyone off - if your case is not there they don't even have a record of your calls! So don't worry. I called every day But if they sent it on the 6th, you should get there by tomorrow! Wouldn't that be a nice weekend surprise? Keep us posted!

Yes, we got a touch when our case was sent out. Call tomorrow to see if they received it, but don't be too discourage if they say no because it may take a day or 2 for them to enter these cases into their system. Our case was received on 11/2, which i also called that day but they said they didn't have it. I called back on 11/5 and they confirmed it was in their system. For sure you will hear good news by Monday the latest.

So, he will have that tomorrow and hopefully he will get an interview next week! Our fellow VJ filer pedsgirl's fiance has his interview this coming Tuesday, so let's wish them good luck! He is in Romania too, so we are hoping Florin's interview will be next week as well!

So, my fiance picked up Packet 3 today and turned in that first form (biographic info?? I think...) but they wouldn't schedule his interview until he got his medical exam. Thanks Erin! I'm sure Samir will get his interview soon I'm getting nervous too! Florin might not have his medical tomorrow now...he was told he had to get some sort of document from his family doctor first - something saying he is in good health, and then he has to get his immunization records. I wish we had known about this before...I always assumed the medical exam was simple and straight forward. I swear, nothing in this whole process has seemed very straight forward! Oh well, if he can't get it taken care of tomorrow, he will for sure by Monday.

Has anyone else heard of this with the medical? I've been trying to hard to keep myself well-informed through this process and this one snuck up on me...anyone have any insights?

Well I took your advice and gave them a call!!! and now I'm dissappointed!!! they dont have it!!! i really really hope by Monday they have got it in there system and ready to go!!!! please!!!!! I know the feeling. I got antsy and called also and was told they had no record of it yet. Monday will be seven days since they sent it, so let's hope they have it in their system by then. Getting crazier by the day!

I used the same number but but selected the option for approved petitions...good luck Alane! (Just got here )

Well I just called CSC and my petition has not been forwarded to NVC yet. I'm not disappointed though. I got a super nice lady and she says it takes a few days after the approval to have it sent on. You know me, I'm the patient one, and definitely happier this week!!!! Alane & Ramzis

Sorry it wasn't sent out yet, but hopefully you won't have to wait 3 weeks like I did. I'm so glad you finally got your NOA2 though...I just hope Mirla & Byron get theirs soon!
