Hi everyone.. I just received a paper at home(USA) from 1005 terminal way suite , reno nevada stating that I need to fill out form I-134 form and sent it to my fiance for the Interview... Has anyone else received anything like this? WAS I SUPPOSE TO RECEIVE THIS PAPER? I'm so confused ! :help::wacko:

September 18,2007 ---> Sent I-129F to California Service Center

September 20 ---> USCIS sent out a recepit(NOA1)

I never received the envelop with NOA1..( I think it got lost)

September 24 ---> Check Cashed

September 25 ---> TOUCHED

December 4 ---> I called USCIS and they gave me the receipt number...

FEBRUARY 7, 2008 WE WERE APPROVED!!!!! 142 days from filling date.

February 22, 2008 NVC RECEIVED OUR PETITION. YEY

February 26, 2008 Was sent out to the embassy. OMG!!!

February 28,2008 PETITION DELIVERED IN BUCHAREST AT THE EMBASSY.

February 29,2008 Police Certificate

March 6 Received packet 3

March 20 Interview

MARCH 20 VISA IN HAND

April 5,2008 US ENTRY

April 21,2008 Applied for SSN

April 29,2008 SSN CARD RECEIVED IN THE MAIL

MAY 24 2008 WEDDING DAY !!!!!

June 11,2008 SENT THE PAPERS FOR AOS!

June 17 2008 NOA 1

July 10 2008 BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT

September 17 AOS Papers transferred to CALIFORNIA.

October 13 EAD APROVAL.

October 20 2008 Received EAD CARD in Mail. YEY

JANUARY 15, 2009 AOS APPROVAL!

NOVEMBER 2010 REMOVING CONDITIONS.

11/08/2010 sent packet to California

11/20/2010 NOA1

05/11/2011 APPROVED.

05/16/2011 RECEIVED GREEN CARD IN THE MAIL. :)

no worries geostefan! :thumbs: after ur approval, USCIS will send u the NOA2 in mail.. then another letter from NVC.. I-134 (Affidavit of Support) form MUST be submitted. Follow the instructions on how to fill up the form and you should send the ORIGINAL I-134 to your fiance. She needs it during her visa interview..

05/18/08 - Wedding day

05/21/08 - Registered our marriage license

05/29/08 - Applied for SSN

06/06/08 - SS card received by mail

06/23/08 - AOS + EAD + TD sent via FedEx

06/26/08 - Package received at Chicago

06/30/08 - NOA 1

07/03/08 - Biometrics Appointment Notice for AOS + EAD received by mail

07/22/08 - 8:00AM, Biometrics taken at USCIS Seattle

09/04/08 - EAD approval notice received through email, card production in process

09/04/08 - touch

09/05/08 - I-512L, Authorization for Parole of an Alien Into the United States received in MAIL

Thank you for your answer. The paper was from my lawyer to let me know that I need to fill that out and sent it to my fiance.

I went to see my baby and on the day i left the US he found NOA2 in the mail!!!!! We got approved on the 14th!!!! That's a Happy Valentine's Day :D:D:D :dance:

This is the best feeling in the world!!!! I cried.

Just wanted to wish quick approvals to those still waiting :D

I have almost given up hope of ever getting our NOA2. Its been 5 months since we sent off our paperwork, its a long, lonely wait. Thankfully I have managed to scrape some money together to visit my hun in March, funds are tight but it will be worth it. I feel for those who have not seen their SO's for such a long time. I hope we all get the news that we so rightly deserve soon. I am praying for us all. Angela xxx

Don't give up hope. I'm in the same boat you are. In fact, CSC received my petition about 5 days before they received yours and I'm still waiting. We all knew going in to this process that we were going to have to learn a thing or two about patience, but it's at the end that we experience the worst of it and have our mettle tested the most. Hang in there!

Congrats on your upcoming visit! It will surely help!
