Only one way to fix it. Send the parents to Iraq.

I have a better idea, why not draft and send all the politicians to Iraq who supported the war. It would do the world a lot of good.

But..... the war is just part of our evil plan for world domination.

Is that a George Carlinism? It was something about giving all undocumented workers a gun and send them to Iraq for a year. If they make it then we give them a GC. If they don't want to go we send them anyway but don't give them the gun :P

I respect the deceased hero for serving our country. I'm not saying that I don't appreciate his sacrifice (and all others who have died for our country). And I sympathize with the surviving relatives. It is so difficult to lose a loved one.

I don't agree with all the immigration policies in the U.S. But the laws are what they are. If you enter illegally and are deported, you can't come back.

You shouldn't get to be a permanent resident just because you had a child while you were here illegally and he dies serving this country. That's the path he chose and serving in the military comes with the chance of losing your life. I appreciate his sacrifice, but his parents should have to go through the same immigration process as the rest of us with family immigrating.
