Gosh I have to admit that now I'm going to be checking online even more, tomorrow it will be 65 days since we filed, which is the shortest time it took this month to get an EAD approved. I can't wait to get it :clock::pop: of course it could take 79 or 80 days...

quick question: did anyone receive any sort of paper-thingy from the DHS regarding the AP? Because my case just went online, and according to the status they sent me a letter yada yada (standard thing, same thing in AOS and EAD status), but I never got anything for the AP...

recieved another email today for EAD stating this time that the approval notice has been mailed. Ok, ok people can we PLEASE recieve some sort of update on the I-130 and I-485?!? Like a interview appointment letter! :whistle:

In regards to the data list wrapping to the next line, perhaps the users' screen resolution is too small? I use 1280 X 1024 at home, and the list shows up just fine, with tons of space left over in the text block even. At work, I use 1280 X 960, and the list still displays on one line. The average computer uses 800 X 600, or at least used to... maybe that is the problem for some people with smaller laptop screens, or older computer monitors? Just a thought.

I don't think the list needs to be changed, it seems to show up fine for the majority of viewers. First we included more dashes to identify the columns better, taking dashes out will just go back to that problem. Perhaps just making thefont size smaller might help? :)

It's already the smallest size (size 1), but you can individually decrease the size of the text (usually in 'view') and then it should fit... the only thing being that it will make it hard to read.

I already deleted more dashes than I added space for the EAD, so it's weird that it's still looking like that for a few people. I can delete one more dash by getting rid of the '*' and putting the number more to the left but I think that's about it... As Jup1ter said, the problem is: if we get rid of too many dashes, then it will be hard to know what's what.

The other solution would be to make a separate list, under the AOS for EAD...

I think I can guess the others ones...

Now if you check the list we have, we just added how long it took for those who had their EAD approved, you are way ahead of yourself. Look the earliest date is 65 days from the time it was received. On uscis.gov it pretty much says that it takes 77days average. I heard they have to make a decision by the 80th day. So be patient, we know it takes time but you are not out of the normal time lines.

I think you're lucky you even have touches the way you do, not everyone does. Again keep in mind that there is a big backlog due to a lost of people who tried to beat the new fees and filed before July 30th. So USCIS is not updating as much as usually which doesn't mean that they don't work on your case, just that they are not logging it in.

I can delete one more dash by getting rid of the '*' and putting the number more to the left but I think that's about it... As Jup1ter said, the problem is: if we get rid of too many dashes, then it will be hard to know what's what.

The other solution would be to make a separate list, under the AOS for EAD...

Now if you check the list we have, we just added how long it took for those who had their EAD approved, you are way ahead of yourself. Look the earliest date is 65 days from the time it was received. On uscis.gov it pretty much says that it takes 77days average. I heard they have to make a decision by the 80th day. So be patient, we know it takes time but you are not out of the normal time lines.

I think you're lucky you even have touches the way you do, not everyone does. Again keep in mind that there is a big backlog due to a lost of people who tried to beat the new fees and filed before July 30th. So USCIS is not updating as much as usually which doesn't mean that they don't work on your case, just that they are not logging it in.

Jupiter is right....it wraps because of your screen resolution. I previously had 1024 X 768 resolution and the list wrapped each line for the EAD. The lowest resolution I could use was 1152 X 864 on my monitor. Using that resolution, I can see the list without it wrapping and it looks fine. I just need to wear my glasses to see it. :lol:

I think the list is fine as is with the EAD added. No need to mess with it any more. Just change resolutions on your monitor. If you are interested in changing your resolution, and don't know how....here is some easy instructions. First, right click on your desktop and from the menu select 'Properties'. Then another box will open for your display properties. There is a series of tabs near the top that are labled themes, desktop, screensaver, appearance and settings. Click on 'Settings'. On the bottom left corner of the box, you will then see a slide that lets you adjust screen resolution. Write down your starting resolution so you can go back to it if you don't like the change. (Example: 800 X 600 or 1024 X 768) Then drag the slider to the right a few ticks to make the resolution higher and and click apply. You monitor will change resolution and ask you if you want to keep it that way. Click yes. Then check the page. If it still wraps the line, then repeat steps to do it again. To change it back if you don't like it, repeat the steps except drag the slider back till you get to the resolution you started with. Note: Some very old monitors may not support the higher resolutions.

I just got an email saying:

On September 18, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service

Does anyone know what that means? Does it mean it's mailing me jus a notice or is the card included?

I got another email today regarding my EAD, I also had 2 on friday, but best news of all, I got my Interview Letter, and its scheduled for the 18th October...... OMG 4 weeks away!!!!
