Am I expected to believe some ICU nurse randomly goes to a ICE protest with a 9mm, and gets whacked after being disarmed.  As a 15 year VET of this forum, there has to be more to the story.

Let me introduce you to Kyle Rittenhouse -> undefined

"Shall not be infringed"

But other than that, let's get the story right. Alex Pretti was an ICU nurse at the VA, he was a federal worker.

He was sprayed for trying to help a woman get up after ICE knocked her down

He was hit and tackled while he had his hands up

He was pummeled repeatedly in the face with a canister while his hands were on the ground, not fighting at all

His legal firearm was taken from his holster

Then he was shot in the back, and shot about 9 more times

That's murder. Plain and simple. But go ahead everyone, post the conspiracy theories. MN is a open carry state btw.

When life gives you lemons, cut some onions so you can cry.

not necessarily.  he could have been a contract hire.

And the right called Rittenhouse a hero bringing a rifle to that situation. But back to the 2A, "Shall not be infringed" are we gonna act like concealed carry and open carry in an open carry state an issue now?

And no he was not a contract hire. He was a federal worker working as a ICU nurse at the VA.

And he (Alex Pretti) was murdered by DHS. What's next in the excuse mill?

It's a shame that anyone has to die, but it's again obvious that it's far safer to stand aside holding a protest sign than to insert oneself into ongoing enforcement operations.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

You want to point where in the video where Alex Pretti was "inserting oneself into an ongoing enforcement operation"?

But I guess that's why he should get shot 10 times? Right?

So now you're just reverting to Alex Pretti deserved those 10 shots to the back because he was holding a phone? What's gonna be your reaction when ICE shoots and kills another American for holding a protest sign?

Call a spade a spade, this was murder.

Alex Pretti holding a protest sign or recording with a phone would've not changed the outcome. Both are First Amendment rights.

If he was holding a protest sign in that situation he still:

He was hit and tackled while he had his hands up

He was pummeled repeatedly in the face with a canister while his hands were on the ground, not fighting at all

His legal firearm was taken from his holster

Then he was shot in the back, and shot about 9 more times

DHS murdered this person, and those officers need to be charged.

The investigating officer was the one who fired the first shot and thus we've investigated ourselves and found no wrongdoing. Now bow to your emperor

Yeah, that is not how investigations work, but feel free to believe the first thing you see on X, Bluesky, or from the MSM, I will do my own research.

The Rittenhouse analogy just shows how out-of-touch the extremist left are.  Rittenhouse was not protesting, he was protecting property from the unhinged extremist left who has no problem with infringing on other’s rights.

Lastly, again I will ask (not expecting an answer), why is this just happening in Minneapolis?
