Yeah it appears to be true. It's not only obesity but the order goes into anything that could require extensive medical care in the future. So some phycological issues and even advanced age could be a disqualifier based on some articles I read. It doesn't make sense as the US doesn't have a public health system for most people anyways, so the government wouldn't be out the cost of care.

@Leeman15251 That’s not entirely true. I have friends whose parents moved here and have naturalized after living here for 5 years. Never worked or paid taxes but are on Medicaid and Medicare and receiving SS income and SNAP as well.

Who knows when this will be implemented or if at all.  If you have any of those conditions, just be prepared to give more financial information showing you can cover costs of treatment or that the petitioner has health insurance that the beneficiary can be added to and that the petitioner will be able to pay the additional premium.
