Can I include pictures of my SO and I having sex to prove we have a real relationship? And if so should I be on top?

Passport? What's all this about passports? My fiancee's interview is at 10am tomorrow and I've booked her flight for noon. She doesn't have a passport, though - she's never needed one because she's never left her country. Please tell me your thoughts.

I got a one-way, even though it cost $1800 more than a round trip.

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

My fiance passed the interview, i booked her a roundtrip ticket just incase she got ugly since i last saw her and i can send her home. If this happens, how do i still have to marry her or do i just tell USCIS that i decided not to?

Why can't my fiance have her interview where I live in the States? It's so inconvenient for her to fly back to her home country since she's already been in the US for six months.

I sent off the form for my EAD yesterday and the check still hasn't been cashed. It's not fair! I want to go for an Infopass to find out what the hell's going on, but the earliest appointment they have is for tomorrow. What should I do? Why do I have to wait so long? :angry:
