Hi if someone can lead me to the recent may and June group for I-130 for parents . Also which is faster petition and interview in home Countey or bringing parents here on visitor visa and apply for aos in future if they want to stay here with us ??? 
(Waiting for visitor visa interview in my country is itself 6-7 months ) please advise .

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Yep, as said consular processing is their only option. How long it will take will depend on the consulate, the first part (I-130 and then applying for the visa via NVC) will take the same amount of time no matter where they are, but after that the wait for an interview varies hugely. It can be as quick as 2 months, or as long as 2 years.
