Honestly no.  Back in 2017 when my wife filed for N400 and her I751 was still pending she was able to get an ADIT stamp when she went for her biometrics.  I understand now they send one in the mail which of course means you need to deal with USPS.

Letters and cards sent by USCIS can take 2-8 weeks to arrive by USPS.

USCIS mailed it on June 2, when I tracked on June 3 it said "expected delivery Thursday, June 5 by 9 PM"

They did not deliver it and when I track the number it says "in route to the next facility" and it says that since June 3.

I have not yet applied for replacement, I want to wait till Tues, or Wed next week  

 

For us, the green cards had unusual USPS tracking for some reason.  Normally USPS Informed Delivery is fairly reliable in my neighborhood but both times we had green cards arrive they just showed up in our mail box without showing any of the inbound tracking we would normally expect.  There may also be a big discrepancy between when USCIS says they mailed them, and when they actually mailed them.  I wouldn't even start worrying about it being lost in the mail for at least a full week to 10 days.

Give it a week or so before starting worrying. My Amazon packages shipped with USPS also occasionally overpromise on delivery estimate, but arrive few days later.

In my case, when we track the number it shows activities, on June 2, mail was picked up then it went somewhere else and got stuck on June the 3 rd. I can tell by tracking mail left USCIS facility

I would give it at least two weeks. It's perfectly normal for USPS to not update the tracking info correctly or not at all. If you report it lost, then you will really have to wait for several months to get a new one. There's no reason to even suspect it got lost, much less assume that.

1. Make sure their names are on the mailbox.

 

2. If not received Monday pm, reach out to your local postmaster.
