Hi , what other evidence should I add to i130 for parent 

I attached

naturalization cert,

birth certificate 

Marriage cert for myself to show name change

marriage cert for my mom to show name change 

 

should I include photos of us? If yes what else?

The form should be clear what you need to include. From memory, what you have listed is required. Photos are not needed

I know it’s kinda simple but my mind is making it complex

 

Well, that depends on who you're petitioning! If it's your child, and it's asking your relationship to him/her, then you'd say mother or father.

Hi all, My parents got married a while ago the document they have is from the church and not the court , should I upload this document?

 

2nd moms signature in this church document is different from passport ;does this matter?

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
