Fiancee arrived at JFK on Friday!

Hi All,

Fiancee is Here :dance: We tried to register her son at school, but they won't admit him without the physical and vaccination records. The only problem is my fiancee didn't get any copies from the embassy. My question is how do we get a copy of her son's medical record and vaccination so he can start school? After she turned the package into immigration at JFK, do they forward it back to the VSC? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

6/05.........Booked travel to Jakarta for October

7/05.........Rebooked for December after realizing vacation was in the middle of rhamadan

12/05.......Spent 10 days in Bogor and Bali and got engaged

1/14/06....Mailed I-129F Package to VSC via FEDEX(Day1)

1/17/06....Package picked up at FEDEX depot and signed for by G.MERRIHEW(Day4)

1/23/06....Check cashed(Day10)

1/25/06....NOA1 via snailmail dated 1/19/06(Day12)

1/30/06....NOA2 via snailmail dated 1/25/06; Called NVC and received case#(Day17)

2/02/06....Fiancee picks up "fiancee" packet 3 from Jakarta embassy(Day20)

2/06/06....NVC letter via snailmail dated 2/03/06(Day24)

2/27/06....Medical Exam and Police Report Completed(Day45)

2/28/06....Turned in documents to Embassy; Received Interview Date of March 9(Day46)

3/9/06......Fiancee has interview; problem with custody document translation(Day55)

3/10/06....Fiancee turns in translated document to embassy(Day56)

3/14/06....Fiancee picks up k-1 visa from embassy(Day60)

You should have been given a DS3025 at the POE. If you were not then I would try to contact the panel physician that did the medical and get a copy sent to you.

You might also want to call your county health department. They may possibly be able to help you get the VAX records form the DOS..

30 May 2006 Received appointment letter for JaX on 13 July 2006

13 July Interview successful approved

20 July Received green card

30 June 08 Sent I751 to remove conditions

25 July 08 Application returned erroneously incorrect fee

27 July mailed new application with separate checks

15 Sept 08 Application returned erroneously K2 not within 90 day timeframe

17 Sept Mailed 3rd application with mountains of proof of error copied Senator Mel Martinez

09 October 4th application package sent. This time they said the app signature page was a copy

10 Oct Sent package again 4th time.

25 Oct Received another NOA for Wife with $625 for the amount with one year extension

30 Oct 2008 Still nothing for step daughter. Checks still haven't cleared the bank

24 November Checks finally cleared the bank

February biometrics for wife Nothing for daughter.

Congratulations :D Maybe you can call or write the doctor's office that did the exam, etc.

Since when? I've never heard of anyone getting a copy of their medical at the P.O.E.

I'm afraid your only alternatives are to either contact the physician in the country where the physical was done to get copies (if they keep any) or more than likely you'll need to find a physician to have the boy checked over again.

At that time they can give him a titre (or titer, spelling?) to determine what immunizations he's been given. I would contact the local School medical department or the local Board of Helath to determine exactly what they're looking for in terms of a physical. They may even have a list of physicians that can do this for you at a reasonable price.
