would it be a good idea to mention that we now have a home in america?

we have our petitioner and a few joint sponsors, but after all of these years we decided to buy a house in america.  we only spend the winter there (and ofcourse we will bring i94 to prove that)

just wondering if its worth bringing up, if the interviewer asks what we plan on doing in america once we get there.

You have a Sponsor, your situation is irrelevant.

Are you doing Consulate processing

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Then not relevant

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

ok. i wasnt sure if they would want to update our travel history in our ds260 at our interview since it hasnt been updated since 2021

The DS 260 cannot be updated. It is “up to date” at the time it is submitted.

oh. well i renewed my passport since then so i wasnt sure

Things like that will be updated at the interview. The letter you eventually get from the Consulate will instruct you on what to bring to the interview.
