Conditional green card & international travel

Hi,

We submitted our AOS application along with the EAD and AP forms. Our AOS was approved before the other two, and we received the condition green card today (yay!). However, the EAD and AP still shows as pending review in the USCIS tracking site. 

 

Given this scenario, is my wife permitted to travel internationally with just her green card, even if her AP is still "pending"?

She has her Green Card, AP is a fill in until she gets her Green Card.

Yes, the CG, regardless if it is conditional supersedes the AP/EAD.  She is now an LP and can travel outside the U.S.

Use it as normal green card. No need for AP. Just valid GC and valid passport plus any visas / eTA paperwork if required by destination. 

 

Once you file I-751, you'll have to carry GC and extension letter.
