Usually it takes 30 to 90 days. Like Rhema1 said it might has to do with your country of origin since it is one of the ban countries. How was your interview? How would you rate officer's behavior towards you? Did he say anything at the end of your interview?

It was weird, he asked some questions about my abuser but not about the abuse. it didn't last more than 15mins. then he gave me this document.

Compliments of the season to you all!

It has been a while that I wrote in here, even though I’ve been reading all the updates as much as I can. And I also never updated you all on my case.

Our green card was approved in April after the mandamus I filed. The journey was long 2017 - 2025, but this platform helped me tremendously through it all! Thank you. (For those that don’t know the story, please check my previous posts).

Also, my son joined the army in October and just last week became a citizen! I now have 2 citizens! Glory be to God!

Just want to encourage anyone out there still going through the process or about starting. There will be bumps along the way and naysayers, hold on to your truth and stand tightly by it. There is light around the corner!

Please share your complete story this will encourage the others

Was the recording on during the interview? If yes then it will most probably to go the supervisor to review the file. The officer who took your interview was not able to make a decision. So this will go another officer and or a supervisor to review and approve it. If it was recorded the clips will be played multiple times to make an assessment. Not trying to scare you but this one is familiar.

Hello everyone,

I hope you are all doing well. I just wanted to kindly ask for confirmation from the experienced members here.

If someone is filing VAWA concurrently, meaning I-360 (VAWA) together with I-485, I-765, and I-131 in one package, do all of these forms need to be sent to the following USCIS address?

USCIS
Attn: 1367
P.O. Box 8075
Chicago, IL 60680-8075

I would really appreciate your guidance and confirmation. Thank you so much in advance for your help and support.

Yes depends on where he/she lives. If it is for you and you reside in NY then that is the correct address.

Follow this link based on your resident state.
