I am living in New York since Jan 2023 and I filed my citizenship in December 2023 morover I have also bought my own home in November 2023 in New York

So which is it. You said you moved to Virginia in January 2023 and worked in New York bought your house and moved in November 2023 in New York and filed for citizenship in December 2023. Therefore your clock for New York residency started in November 2023.

I was living in Virginia and doing a remote job over there then in the month of Jan 2023 I permanent moved to New York and started working as a ride share but I didn’t change my driver license to New York since I am in a process of buying a home in New York but I have a proof that I am living and working in New York since Jan 2023 only thing that I change my driver license to New York in the month of December 2023 but I am a New York resident since Jan 2023

my motion was granted

Welcome to the forum!

What kind of motion?

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Here is our Wednesday Semiofficial Semiweekly VAWA-Thread Joke*:

*guaranteed to evoke progress and approvals, if correlation = causation

===========================

SUNDAY SCHOOL

Nine-year-old Joey was asked by his mother what he had learned at Sunday School.

"Well, Mom, our teacher told us how God sent Moses behind enemy lines on a rescue mission to lead the Hebrews out of Egypt.  When he got to the Red Sea, he had his engineers build a pontoon bridge, and all the Hebrews walked across safely.  Then he used his walkie-talkie to radio headquarters for reinforcements.  They sent B-52 bombers to blow up the bridge, and all the Hebrews were saved."

"Now, Joey -- is that REALLY what your teacher taught you?" his shocked mother asked.

"Well, no... but if I told you how the teacher said it happened, you'd never believe it!"

How many motions did your lawyer send? Did your lawyer send motion to dismiss?

Hi balo101, my lawyer did a motion as far as I know , we must ask termination at the court . I’m just wondering why no date or clerk didn’t want me to know . Is it possible the judge ask additional document to terminate without hearing date? Letter didn’t arrive yet once it arrived I will get email . It’s not clear now for me . Auto lookup shows pending RP no date there as well

I would say first find from your attorney did he file only motion to recalnder or joint motion to recalnder and dismiss. I have feeling your attorney did only motion to recalnder. Let's wait for letter to receive. I am sure Judge must have given you a date.

In order for Judge to terminate there should be a second motion called motion to dismiss with your approval notice of either i-130 or i-360 etc.
