Hello,

The issue that I have been experiencing with the AOS fees online payment system for almost about a year which is a huge concern that causes a delay in the process.

Fortunately, I was able to pay the IV fee for both of my beneficiaries and somehow the system keeps declining to process the AOS fee for one of my beneficiaries. Every time I try to submit the payment, I keep on getting the following error message: “There are one or more errors with your submission. Please correct the areas indicated below. Once completed, click the Make Payment button to continue: An error occurred while submitting your payment. Please try again later.” When I scroll down there are no areas indicated. I also check for any spelling mistakes or numbers I may have entered incorrectly and there are none. Consequently, I’ve submitted numerous public inquiries form along with the screen shot of the error message.

In response to my inquiries, I have been receiving the following message stating” The AOS Fee Payment can now be made at ceac.state.gov. If you have any further problems, please send us a new screenshot.”

As such, I have tried to log in numerous times and multiple days with different bank accounts. Also, tried different browsers (internet explorer, chrome, safari, mobile chrome, Firefox) each time it displays the same error message. Unfortunately, due to the suspension of the public inquiry telephone line I can't get a hold of customer service. It's so frustrating to be stuck on this for almost a yearwhat  and unable to talk to an actual person about it in real time. I have used the same account to process the IV and AOS payments for one, but I do not know why the system doesn’t let me process the AOS payment for my beneficiary in question. I am really concerned and due to no fault of mine this case is still pending for almost a year. Unfortunately, the website still states no other payment types are accepted.

If anyone experience this issue and resolve it Please let me know what to do.

Tell someone to pay on your behalf and you refund

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

If this is a spouse and step child or children, there should only be one AOS fee for the group.  How are you related to these beneficiaries?
