I checked it On visa bulletin if you check the fiscal year 2023 March it's shows that visa is available for all priority date earlier than 08AUG16 so am not really sure if am reading it correctly all the feedback is giving me a better understanding and I am hoping and praying that (it's sooner not later) and I will also share my proceedings and help others along the way

I was having the same immediate issue I had to have my mom get a hold of a congress man and have them send an email to the NVC a few days I was informed by the congress man that I can go make the AOS payment and it worked am not waiting for an interview 6 months now

Wow it's been a process...... in this event would an attorney be applicable

Hi visa journey I was DQ on September 6, 2023 still waiting on a interview anyone else can relate to this timing. I had a lot of delay with the NVC had to get help from a congress man so am just curious anyone

I get the error after submitting the payment the error massage state that I am not filling out the payment for correctly I should try again later, and I enter my banking credentials correctly it's been happening for months now

Hello good day I am currently experiencing an issue with paying my AoS for months now I payed the IV fee which was successful i also complete the DS-260 and submit civil documents made multiple attempts to pay the AoS feem I reached out to the online support they respond saying I should use Microsoft browser which I did and am still getting an error when making the AoS payment is there an issue with paying the iv fee first and any advised will surely help thanks in advance Quote Edit
