First off, apologize if this is a repeat question. I don't frequent these boards much. 
 

Is there a forum post someone can share that has tips and tricks to filling out the form and provide a list of good bona fide evidence.

I am a US Citizen and my Spouse got her Conditional GC based on that. 
 

would this be considered a joint filing? Even though only she is filling this form out?

Yes, if you're married, you'd be filing I-751 jointly. Your spouse is both petitioner and beneficiary, but you'll sign the form too.

It also asks for USCIS online account number if any.. i may have made it but forgot my login. Not sure... Do i need to include it?

It's got to be immigrant's, not US citizen's account. It's optional

I just finished the form part of the document. Is there something I should look over, re-read? I know these documents sometimes written in a way that may or can be interpreted in different ways. I am trying to be thorough! Thanks.

The I-751 form is pretty straight forward compared to others ones. Just make sure you sign where you need to sign

I think at least 80% of ROC interviews are waived.

 

They don't get waived if:

- Randomly selected

- Not enough evidence submitted

- They suspect fraud

 

Also, if one applies for N-400 while I-751 is pending the chances of ROC interview increases as far as I can tell.
