My visa application was denied last year, I only had my job as ties on the form. I started school a few days after I did my application but didn't redo the application. Do you think I can re-apply with my school information? I also just got promoted to a new position in the same job I also didn't add my relationship I would add it this time around

You can always try.

I agree, if circumstances have changed, you can always apply again.  My only question is you say it was denied last year, when exactly?  I would wait at least six months before applying again at the very least.

Good Luck!

From your post in December of 2023 you mentioned that you got engaged in October.  Is the person you are engaged to in the USA, or in Jamaica?  Did this come up during the B2 visa interview when you were denied?  Having a fiancé(e) in the US could make it difficult for you to get a tourist visa.

If you want to come to the US to live, you need to be petitioned for an immigrant visa.

My application had single on it because I didn't know I could put engaged. And also no my partner doesn't have a visa he lives here

So your fiancé is not a U.S. Citizen (USC)?  Until you are legally married, you are single as there is no legal “engaged” status.  That being said, from your old posts just a month ago, I would wait before you apply for a B2 again.

Good Luck!
