Trying to check on my fiance's visa application and it's giving me this error message. Has anyone seen this before or does anyone know what the issue is? All I can find is that it gives you that message when you type the case number wrong but I have quadruple checked this and it's not the issue.

it would be immigrant if at the NVC /no idea why they confuse this

 

but Poster has no timeline so is he done with USCIS or sent on to the embassy?

has he been issued a embassy  RNG case number ?

Immigrant visa selection is correct for K1 on CEAC specifically.

 

Please fill out your timeline so we can give a better answer. The answer depends on where you are in the process.
