Change of Petitioner's Address

Hi Everyone, I (petitioner) recently moved to a new address in the US, and I tried to let NVC know, but they responded that all correspondence should be directed to the US consulate since our case has already been sent there and my spouse's CR-1 visa interview is scheduled in January. I emailed the US consulate, but they haven't replied, yet. Is there anything else I should do?

Not you.  Your spouse beneficiary should update their DS-260 info (including your new address info) at the consulate on the day of their visa interview.

Since November the Tel Aviv embassy is working on limited staff which means the  Jerusalem embassy is not only doing their normal work but covering tel Aviv work

I doubt u get an embassy response but u can do the following on top of the bene updating the ds260 and telling the CO

If u gave USCIS a good workable email ID ,  i would send the bene an email using that ID to take to the interview to prove your new address

and the very best to u ,  u 2 have my prayers

Tel Aviv is not an embassy

And further, any correspondence about an immigrant visa case, would come from the Immigrant Visa Unit, not the Embassy staff, or even the Consular Staff, in general.

Correct answer is already given.  Applicant updates the address during the interview.
