i864A Question (Merged x3)

Hello everyone thank your for time in reading this post and helping me. I just have a quick question, so basically i have a joint sponsor for my i864 and this i864 is for my wife,but we also have a child that has CRBA and US passport, is our child suppose to be added on the i864? And if YES than where does our joint sponsor write that on the i864? And there is no other document that needs to be filled out right? @pushbrk or anyone else want to help, thank you so much.

Your Joint Sponsor will just be sponsoring your wife, not the child.

No. Why would he? Not the joint sponsor's dependent. He is only sponsoring the immigrant - that's your wife. 

However, you as the primary sponsor have to include all children under 18 in your household. Child is YOUR dependent. A wife is never a dependent.

My wife and child are living in my home country, so my child is with my wife, so basically i will add my son as a dependent uner 18 in my i864? And my joint sponsor would not have to even mention my child? And my joint sponsor only mention my wife and not my child on her i864?

Hello everyone my wifes i130 case needs a joint sponsor now, before i was sponsor but my income is not enough anymore to sponsor my wife. I now have a joint sponsor (my sister, whos lives in different house). I know that sisters spouse needs to fill out i864A, but my question is my sisters income is more than enough to sponsor my wife and we dont wanna use my sisters husband income, so is there any option we can fill out the i864A for my sisters huband without using or including his income?or do we have to include his income even though we dont want to add him as a sponsor. Yes, because they file their federal tax return jointly, and the contract would be a joint obligation.  The issue is not "including" the income.  The issue is he needs to sign the contract, but there is no way to "exclude" his income.  It's on the tax return.

So would my sister put she is the 1st of 2 joint sponsors? Or would her and her husband be 1 combined total sponsor?

One of them is the only joint sponsor and the other is the joint sponsor's household member.  Time to become an A-Student of the I-864 instructions.

Last question Sir, would my sister and husband put same income for i864 and i864A? For example my sister as a nurse makes alot more than her husband , but since they file taxes together would they put same income on i864 and i864A? Like i864 is asking for my sisters income would we put ONLY her income or her and her husband income together, since they filed taxes together, and than would we also put my sisters income on her husbands income on i864A, where it asks for her husbands total income. Sorry im making things complicated, long story short would we add  my sister and her husbands income together or would we count their income seperate on i864 and i864A, even though they filed taxes together and filed married as jointly. Thanks for help.
