Documentarily qualified with missing documents

I would appreciate if someone have same experience and give me some answers.

I got an email today that I am DQ. But on my CEAC portal it's showing I am missing U.S domicile proof ( which I Submitted paystubs from last six month ) and police certificate ( which is not required for Pakistan). so what should I do now? Should I submit missing documents again on CEAC or wait for interview day so I can bring those documents on interview day? If I submit documents after receiving documentarily qualified email, would that reset my DQ date? 

On NVC website , it's clearly stated that police certificate is not required for Pakistan, do I need to make one to upload missing document.

I would upload actual domicile proof such as driver license, utility bills, etc....to show petitioner actually lives in the US.  I would upload prior to the interview.  It won't reset DQ date if you were already notified.  Pakistan PC is not needed.

it will probably show as document missing long after the interview as the embassy,  itself ,  will get this done 

CEAC site may say Refused (normal)  till they receive the document and make decision to approve or deny

Is Driver license enough or should I submit rental lease or something else?

Pakistan PC is not needed and then why it's saying missing on my CEAC portal even though I explained it on CEAC portal in comment section during uploading documents.

Because CEAC is not high-tech enough to customize the document requirements shown for each case.  CEAC lists all basic document requirements, regardless of the fact that the DOS Reciprocity page states that police certificate is not actually required from certain countries.
