Quite normal, most cases go through this stage.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

up to now its like they never look at it but once.

Do you understand how the Visa Bulletin works?  I feel like you do not, so I suggest reading up on it.

So what shall I do? Resend the papers/ file them again in my name?

There is no "re-sending."

YOU can file ADDITIONAL petitions for them.  It will take a year, but they will get visas faster than in the family preference category.

You basically do the same as your Husband did but because you are a USC there is no waiting for a visa number.

SO I have to file it again , me as a petitioner and pay it again... start from the beginning but with me as a petitioner

You do not have to, probably be quicker and filing them at the same time should mean they interview together.

I have a question

We filed online way back 8/9/2021. When I opened the account this Sunday this showed in my progress "

Estimated time until case decision: 1 Week

But there is no date when they posted this. Is this possible to be soon? like in a week? I just wanna make sure that we don't pay again and then we will get the decision right after we file and pay again.

Anybody have experience with this? I really appreciate all your comments.

Even if the I 130 is approved tomorrow you still have to wait for the Priority Date
