U4U and with approve I-130 (date is not current\pending with NVC)

I have applied for my brother I-130 (F4) back in 2015 and his case was approved, but the case with NVC waiting on Visa availability (likely another 7 years or so). He, and his wife, are eligible for U4U program. Would there be an issue with getting him approved for a parole and could this possibly hurt his immigration case in the future? For now, the intent would be to stay in the US for 2 years or so, and return to Ukraine if possible.

That sounds about right since U4U usually gives parolees 2 years in the US.

No problem at all. My sister got here through U4U in 2022 and now going to apply for TPS to extend. Her F4 is sitting with NVC as well.

We have the same situation with our adult child. Can I ask when you applied for TPS? Our child has been here 5 months and parole is good for another 19 months. Not certain the best time to apply for TPS.
