All,

I'm wondering if someone ever used the Unsolicited evidence feature? and if so - what did y'all upload?

I also just noticed that under 'YOUR Uploads' USCIS uploaded the entire package I submitted as a scan 😅 (I'm an IOExxxxxxx Case)

How many pages are in that scan? Ours only shows a random selection of 25 pages, and I have heard the same from others here.

As for your question, we are planning to submit additional unsolicited evidence as time goes on, maybe every 6 months or so. It would just be evidence similar to what was included in the original packet, accumulated from the filing date onward.

I am sure that we’re in the minority with that but my feeling is that it won’t hurt and might help.

Same here, I only see a small fraction of what was sent to USCIS.

We also plan on doing the same, as in submitting pertinent additional evidence along on the way.

Both,

I do have ~ 25 pages as well - I wonder if it's the most 'crucial' data we submitted to USICS.

I will do the same and do additional uploads every 6+ months while it's pending. 😅

Same here, only a handful of random bank statements under that Your Uploads tab, nothing too substantial or crucial it seems.

I'm actually thinking about amending my evidence somewhat using the unsolicited evidence tab. For one (lengthy) document (part of our cohabitation evidence) I only sent the signature pages because the rest was all irrelevant (to USCIS) legal text. From what I read on this forum sometimes sending incomplete copies can lead to RFEs. Don't want to chance it AND I need something to do while I wait.

I will definitely upload updated tax return transcripts when the time comes.

Hi everyone! Just got my i751 approved. But I never got to see this type of stuff for mine. I was wondering where you can find the "Your Uploads" tab? I would like to know so I know what to prepare for the n400. Thank you.

It shows under the pending forms when you login to myuscis.gov

We have 751 and 400 pending. I can see my upload under 400 but not under 751.

This is for IOE cases. USCIS is transitioning I-751s to online processing, so it appears as though all cases are now receiving online access codes. It's been pretty good so far, as you have the option to view USCIS notices faster, see that a potion of your application has been uploaded, and upload additional documentation in an 'unsolicited evidence' section.

I believe the N-400 has had an online filing option for a while now.

Congrats on your approval! I'm guessing you've been waiting a long time for that?

Congrats! When did you file? It took probably 4 -- 5 months for my documents to show up on my.uscis.gov.

Oh! So this is recent then? I filed May 2022, biometrics on June 2022 no news for a year and 4 months then they just sent me a card. 😅

I believe the "unsolicited evidence" upload section is a new feature for I-751's with IOE case numbers in the last few months as they are moving to electronic processing.  We plan to use it to submit new tax transcripts,  additional bank statements etc as more evidence naturally accrues during our wait.  Since it is apparently a new feature for I-751's there not much actual experience on how it might affect a case positively or negatively, but I'm guessing it is a good thing.

As per others, the poorly scanned .tif file of our paper submission is missing most of the the evidence and includes only the photos we sent and a "transaction payment form" they filled out.  I thought it was odd that a payment form they filled was included with our photos since it seems logical that any thing they added to our package would go at the front or the back.  Not randomly in the middle where the pictures were when we sent them.

There's a few mysteries in this world.

And USCIS processing is one of them.
