RFE i864 (Merged)

Hi everyone, hope you all doing great!

 

is anyone here have same situation with me? I am about 78 days since i response my RFE i864. After 62 days no response, i submit service request and they told me to wait about 30 business days.

just wondering why they still not reviewing my evidence?

how many days again i have to wait…

any advice?

Is it that hard to review our rfe of i864 financial report ? 😫

 

its been 80 days since i response the rfe to uscis nbc.

how much longer? 😥

 

any experience with this?

What you’re describing is normal. It doesn’t mean they did not receive your RFE response. USCIS is not known for operating in a fast fashion.

Yeah , im sure they already received my documents.

but this time period make me crazy 😭

Both your RFE paper notice AND your RFE received status states WHEN you are eligible to contact them. 

It's usually 90 days from the status update stating your RFE documents were received by mail. 

Contacting them before that is useless and is well known to cause delays. 

Is that what happened?

Did you contact them before 90 days of when your status changed to RFE documents received?

If so, that's why you are delayed.

yes i did it. i contacted them....

oh really thats caused the delayed???? 🫠
