Scheduling Interview - Bangkok Embassy

Hi all, the my fiance's visa was approved a few months ago and about a month ago was transferred to the US embassy in Bangkok. Since then though, absolutely no luck finding an interview slot. 

 

Just wondering what others' timelines may look like and if this is fairly typical. I started checking myself on a daily basis about a week ago but was a bit sporadic before that.

 

Also, are there any tricks or tips to being able to get a slot? Perhaps a certain time of day they tend to add open slots to their calendar.

Having same issue in Turkey.  Been searching day and night 24/7 for weeks now and no openings.  I belong to a Turkish WhatsApp group and some members have been searching for 4-5 months without any luck.  It's definitely very frustrating.

FYI, your visa is not yet approved. Your I-129f petition has been approved and transferred to the embassy.

 

Anyhow, about 3 weeks ago, approximately 10 interview slots opened at Bangkok embassy. We were able to snag one and then i immediately notified others in The Thailand forum. They went quickly. We just got approved today and should have visa in hand in 10 days 

 

my thoughts to you is to have yourself and your fiance checking multiple times per day. While i was awake, i was checking hourly. Bangkok doesn't have a particular day of the week or month that they add more.  For what it's worth, i think i noticed them around 1pm Bangkok time.

we got an interview spot for Jan 5 of 2024 at the U.S consulate Bangkok.. our 1st spot that we found when we started looking in early Oct was in May of 24 my fience keep looking until a spot just randomly popped up which wasnt there earlier in the day.. we were hoping to get a spot in Nov as im currently here. 

   For some reason when we were initially looking we could only access the sit 5 times a day then the site would say that we would get locked out.. so we were limited to 5 searches/queries a day. 

    My fiance found a service that for 1500bat would keep looking for a closer date so we gave them our login info an they'v been pretty good about keeping us up to date on the activity.. the payment is due if an when they find a closer interview date no money up font. They work closely with the US consulate so not sure what that means but my fiance looked them up an they'v got great reviews on youtube an some other places. they primaly do other visas like the B2 an stuff because the K1 slots vary rarely cancel, but he said the consulate will perodically add spots based on workload an manpower.

Could you share the details on the service you are talking about? I couldnt find anything on that.
