Hi everyone,

I FINALLY was able to login to USCIS for case update. Our case was transferred to California. I think this is a good thing and may mean we could get an approval without an interview - is my thinking correct? Our local office would have been Newark, NJ, but it was trans to California.

1st K-1 Journey:

June 2005 - filed

October 2005 - visa interview

March 2006 - AOS packet mailed

DIVORCED

June 2007 - Interview

2008 - 10 year approval

Hi everybody...

I finally got my EAD in the mail today, I'm so happy!!!!!! :dance::dance: And I also sent off my RFE yesterday so hopefully they keep working on my case.

Oct 3 - package delivered

Oct 5 - NOA mailed

Oct 13 - 1st NOA received and additional letters for my daughters I filed with. NOAs stated Resident Status

has been extended for 1 year and that we will be receiving a letter for an ASC appointment for

fingerprints, photo, and signature.

Dec 2009 - Received 10 year permanent resident card.

Feb 2010 - My children received their 10 year permanent resident cards.

Oct 2010 - My children were legally adopted by my USA Citizen husband.

USCIS has mis-processed and then lost our biometrics check. We sent a new check on 10/11. We'll see if processing is any faster this time, and whether they go by receipt date in later stages, allowing us to catch up with the rest of you.

Congrats on the transfer and being able to view it online. My I-485 has now shown up online too but I still can't access my I-130.

It's the same here. I have not been able to access the info for the I-130. The I-485 was last touched on 9-06-07 and nothing more. We have the EAD.....

Is this a normal wait time for the I-130?

Received notification today (Oct 19th) via email that my EAD Card is in production, and my 131 travel document has been approved and mailed :)

Still waiting to hear about interview for my AoS
