If my wife becomes pregnant while the I-130 is progressing in Nigeria and she delivers the baby before the the petition is completed, will I have to file additional documents to bring my child over or can the child come with my wife when she comes over when the process is complete?

Assuming you can pass on Citizenship you file a CRBA and get a US Passport.

I do not know how long it will take to get an appointment at the Consulate.

Thank you so much so if my child is born, I would have to file that document like you said? How long does this normally take to process?

How long have you been a USC?
