How long does it take the CSC to read a K-1 application?

We filed our K-1 application August 9, 2022. The CSC is now processing August 17, 2022. When should we start to panic if we don't hear anything from the CSC?

According to USCIS, for PD of Aug 9, 2022, that would be April 1, 2024.

Timeline says 2017 so did u come yourself on a K1?

Did u file the 134a for Cuban CFRP or just the K1 for fiancee ?

Im a June 2022 filer and got approved yesterday after 429 days waiting🥲!! so NO you dont need to panic for now☺️

 

I know its so hard to be one of the last ones to be touched...so I understand how you feel😔

 

August still has around 770 untouched cases so USCIS is going to keep working on it✅

We met in 2019 and filed for a K-1. We've been waiting more than four years. I filed the 134a on January 17.

then u may want to correct timeline as it posts like this for 2017

K1 Visa Event Date Service Center : California Service Center Transferred? No Consulate : Armenia I-129F Sent : 2017-01-25 I-129F NOA1 : 2017-01-31

 

 

if filed in August 2022,  u are still in normal processing as CSC says 16.5 months
