Hi,

  I am a us citizen and want to apply for my sisters, I want to ask that which documents are required  to apply for them. I am living in New York so which service center should I send the documents. Can I apply online or should I send the package to the service center. Thanx

You file the I-130s now and wait for about 15 to 20 years.  Sibling (F4) cases filed in April of 2007 are just now becoming current for visa numbers.  Start by studying the guides here:

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I think it is easier applying online, not complicated either way. Not as if it is going to make much difference time wise.

It will be at least 20 years before they can immigrate to the US.

ok right, another question she does not have passport yet, so what should i enter in "Passport Number" field? should i leave it blank or put "NA" ?

The documents you’ll need are your and your sibling’s birth certificates to establish your relationship. Then you need a document to establish your US citizenship (US passport or naturalization certificate).

 

We submitted online recently and it was very straightforward. My preference is online over paper.
