Except the judge has based his ruling on a flawed evaluation of the properties.  So if this judge compared the financial documents against this flawed valuation, then it is a very poor decision.  Regardless who cares considering the corrupt vegetable we have currently in the WH.

 

What is interesting is this will only boost Trump given the political prosecution by the election denying AG of NY.

The simplified discussion on valuation practice is just one of the repeated fraudulent practices identified in judgement …clearly a favorite talking point .
