I received the NOA1 for my AOS and the NOA1 for my EAD in the mail today! Both were marked with receive date 07/25/07 and Notice date 08/29/07.

No RFE's or further news as of yet.

It was funny to receive my NOA1s AFTER my biometrics appointment since they have information about the biometrics appointment on them AND specify to bring the NOA1s along to the appointment. Hahaha well that didn't happen. The biometrics appointment notice clearly was fine.

I hope everyone is well and getting those NOA1's at last.

I got my NOA1 in the mail today, dated August 28th, along with the EAD and AP NOAs.

No biometrics appointment yet!

Timeline:

2005-04-14: met online

2005-09-03: met in person

2007-02-26: filed for K-1

2007-03-19: K-1 approved

2007-06-11: K-1 in hand

2007-07-03: arrived in USA

2007-07-21: got married, yay!

2007-07-28: applied for green card

2008-02-19: conditional green card in hand

2010-01-05: applied for removal of conditions

2010-06-14: 10-year green card in hand

2013-11-19: applied for US citizenship

2014-02-10: became a US citizen

2014-02-22: applied for US passport

2014-03-14: received US passport

Hello guys...,

I had my biometrics done yesterday..., it was quick and painless...,

Just as a remainder for other lady in vj, dont forget to bring your marriage license..., coz when i got to that appt, the security officer said that my last name in my passport is not the same last name as in the appt letter..., i gave him my marriage license then everything solved

Another good news for me and hubby, we can check our case online rite after few hours after bio..., and today..., one day after the bio, i got my NoA1 for both AOS and EAD dated 08/27/2007...

Seems like all in the same times..., i hope it will continue to other steps and i hope you all also get a good news soon

Ya thanks for the tip. I have my bio on sept 22 and am sure i would have had the same problem with maiden name-married name :)

Sept 6, 2007: NOA1 for EAD

Sept 7, 2007: RFE for AOS

Sept 18, 2007:RFE received by USCIS

Sept 22, 2007: Biometrics for AOS & EAD

Oct 19, 2007: EAD card in hand!

Dec 4 , 2007: Greencard Approved...I-155 stamped on Passport :) at the Interview

Dec 17: Greencard in Mail :)

Removing of Conditions

Sept. 21, 2009: Mailed out I-751

Sept. 23, 2009: Received at CSC

Sept 28, 2009: Received NOA1

Oct 20, 2009: Biometrics Appt.

Oct 21, 2009: Touch

Nov 13, 2009: Email: Card production ordered

Hi Everyone,

I'm an August filer, I already received my biometrics appt, but never got a NOA1, that's kinda common huh? I guess there must be a lot of pending applications, I sent mine the last days of July and they didn't receive it until August 17th...! Anybody going through Boston?
