The selection of Goldman as the only committee Democrat in the interview was ironic. Goldman was a Democratic staff attorney when the House impeached Donald Trump in 2019 largely on the basis of a single telephone call to the president of Ukraine. Now, however, Goldman is calling for an immediate cessation of any further investigation, in an almost comical display of denial and deflection.

 

Goldman helped demolish Biden's long-standing defense in another hearing just a week earlier. In an effort to defuse the testimony of two IRS whistleblowers, who said Hunter received special protection from their criminal investigation, Goldman tripped the wire and elicited testimony that Joe Biden may in fact have spoken with his son about foreign dealings — something the president has denied for years.

I mean Trump got impeached for something  for something Biden openly did. They don't even try to hide it anymore. With a dumb downed electorate and most of the media in bed with them why not.  They just laugh and wait for it to spin out of the news cycle

Hence the need to keep it in the news cycle.  The Republicans in the House needs to get off their collective duffs and impeach Joe Biden, the MSM cannot ignore that.

"Ridiculous" doesn't even begin to describe the weird responses from the Ultra Left in Old Corrupt Joe's defense.  These defenders need to be careful as one of the defenses is to paint Old Corrupt Joe has a hapless rube which seems to run counter to those saying he has no signs of cognitive decline.

Biden family business model confirmed

For years, Joe Biden and the White House have claimed that Joe Biden “never discussed” and had “never spoken to” Hunter Biden about his business dealings. After Monday, those claims have been proved definitively false. Now, the White House has switched to the claim that Joe Biden “was never in business with his son.”

 

And that new White House position is most likely true, sort of. There never was any formal contract binding Joe Biden and Hunter Biden into a business agreement. But one does not have to be in a contractual relationship with another person to help the other's business out, especially when that business is entirely predicated on one person simply having a relationship with another person.

As I understand it, the GOP are taking a revolutionary stance on the subject of impeaching the sitting president, something that has the Democrats in Congress rolling in the aisles with laughter.

 

They are gathering the evidence BEFORE proceeding to the actual impeachment 🤣
