Example Sheet of in-person evidence

Hey guys!

I am sending off my I-129 this week and was wondering if some of you might be able to DM me some examples of exactly how you did your in-person evidence?

Specifically need help with the bold part below:

Proof of having met in past two years. To organize this information you can create a single typed page with the following elements: (1) Title the page 'Evidence of In-Person Meeting in the last 2 years'; (2) A description of how you met (same as you stated in Part 2 Question 53-54 of your I-129F); (3) A list of the evidence you are providing; (4) Your printed name, signature and date. Following this declaration page, provide the evidence you listed (click here for examples)."

I tried to click the example but it just kind of redirects.

Thanks so much!

Have you ever needed to organize information for a term paper or a report? The principle is the same. You can embed all sorts of things in a single Word document: photos, screenshots of flights, scanned passport pages, etc. You don't need to put your photos in a bag (sadly, the VJ guide is extremely outdated in that regard).

I usually hesitate to recommend YouTube but you might have a better idea of how to organize your packet by watching videos of how other people did it.

No problem. Don't forget to double-check your YouTube sources. Your #1 guide should always be the USCIS website, which has form filing tips here: https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-guidance/tips-for-filing-forms-by-mail

~~ Duplicate thread removed. Please do not post multiple threads per topic (in this case showing in person evidence) as that’s spamming ~~

Was just wondering if this is ok as I've seen a few examples of some couples using this method.

Thanks!

Yes, imbedding into Word is preferred rather than sending actual photos / other documents of in person meeting.

Filed: K-1 Visa Country: United Kingdom
Timeline

I took screenshots from my phone of Instagram posts that showed pictures of us with the date and location. Then I took screenshots of the corresponding flight booking email and boarding pass from my apple wallet, hotel booking with our names on, and the original picture. I copied them all into a word document that was 2 pages long and included that at the end of the application. In the section where it asks you to describe meeting I wrote “we spent x time in x city on x date and corresponding photographs are appended” our petition was approved with that evidence.
