We filed yesterday. We have been only married a week and it was a mad rush to get everything together. The only thing that we were not able to give was the injection record. I couldn't get them back in time. I thought i had everything done, before i left HK but I didn't have any copies of the blood work so i had to have them redone. Its been wirral wind and time is flying by. I applied for my Social Security card and its on its way as well this week.

Anyone elise trying to file before the end of July?

I too squeezed by just in the nic of time.... I had our papers ready to go for about 2 weeks now but was waiting on a paper from my Fiance - he sent them DHL last week and as of the 26th I still didn't have them - I was panicking - lucky for me they came in on Friday - I stayed up until the wee hours of the morning finishing the package and got it in the mail on Saturday - postmarked before July 30 and with the $170. PHEW!!!! now the waiting game begins I suppose. :dancing:

If you check their timeline, they filed for K-1, not AOS... So they're in the wrong part of the forum I guess. Although they beat the fees increase too.

I'm surprised no one started an August filer thread. After all most of the packages sent recently will have an August NOA... ;)

Thumbs up to all those who beat the fees increase.
