Hi All

I had TB and treated to cure many years ago. But have scars in lungs.

I got my spouse visa after did Sputum Culture test and shown negative.

But on the visa it has annotation

"Class B (TB) Req. ATTN of USPHS at POE"

Please guide me what should I do at the POE and how should I followup for this.

Thank you.

Nothing to do at POE.  USPHS will send you a notice eventually to get a Gold Interferon TB Test at a USPHS facility near you.

Thank you for your reply.

don't need to do the sputum test in the US again ?

Some state/county does sputum test again.  But no worries, they will take care of you at no cost.
