Hello, 

Me and my husband are filling out the I-864 form, and we have some doubts. He is in Brazil with me during this process and for his last tax return he made only 5k, so his brother will be a joint sponsor. His bother claims his wife and also his mother on the tax return and last year he made 100k. We don't know if this it will be enough money or if we need to find another sponsor.

If the only dependents are the ones you listed, the brother is more than qualified to sponsor as a joint sponsor.
