Good morning,

My mom arrived a week ago and the address I provided time I filed and I don't live there anymore. I filled out AR-11 form online where I chose the option "No" updated old and new address and provided the visa registration number as well. I received back a confirmation number

I still haven't paid the green card fee so that it can ship out. I'm not sure if this will deliver to old address or new address now. How would i find out where it is going. Will USCIS provide me the tracking information?

I have the same issue for the Dad but he is still going through administrative processing. I used to live in NY and moved to Texas, Can he fly straight to Texas and give the officer the new address for his green card delivery or he needs to go to NY first?

Any good advice will be much appreciated

changing  address with AR-11 hasn't worked for many

u should notify USCIS by email or phone 800-375-5283.

they dont need to fly to NY specifically just for GC

they can fly to any port of entry and just update it with the officer and hope for the best

nothing u can do beside update AR-11 and inform the officer when they land

They don't answer calls. Just an automated voice calls. I sent the officer an email through my USCIS account Inbox and week ago and no one has gotten back to me. Is there any direct email address I can notify them? USPS address forward won't work for my mom because the post office need alot of proof which my mom doesn't have since she just landed. I'm so confused what to do.

Useless. Chatted with live person and he is asking me to call the USCIS center and when I call it's automated some robot asking questions but will not transfer me to live person and disconnect the call and it's frustrating.
