No didn’t expedite, I guess I got lucky here.

Do you have to take any medical documents with you for the interview?

No not required as it gets submitted directly and you can take your phone and wallet (there is a small locker)

Nearest Metro: PEEL STATION.

Hi all! I've been following all "V" versions of this thread from way back before COVID and all the delays since. Haven't posted in a while because our journey moved on from immigration to citizenship. But for whoever else needs to hear it. We did it. Every hurdle, every delay, every minute piece of paperwork to get exactly right. We made it through the whole process and as of last week hubby is finally a US citizen. Good luck to everyone else in their journeys! You'll get there too!

From what I saw on Reddit, some people did in fact received their IL today. (I haven't but my DQ date is March 12th, so I'm not really surprised)

May I ask you a question? I checked my CEAC status and I was DQed March. But CEAC says still “at nvc”, not “ready” status. I feel that’s strange. May I ask what’s your case status on CEAC?

It shows the "at nvc" too. Which I'm assuming is still true since the consulat provide the interview dates to the NVC who then email us with it. I might be wrong but I believe the next status is "ready" and that's only when we have our interview letter. I read on here and reddit that they are not very good at updating the status and some people have their visa on hand and it still shows "at nvc". I wouldn't give it too much attention tbh
