Hello, if an I-130 and separate I-864's, On Part 5 on the I-864, how do you add up the family size on each form?

Wife's DS-260:

1. 1  Wife

2. 1  Me

3. 0

4. 0

5. 0

6. 1  Ex-wife

7. 0

8. 3 total dependents

On Stepson's DS-260:

1. 1  Wife

2. 1. Me

3. 0

4. 0

5. 0

6. 1  Ex-wife

7. 0

8. 3 Total dependents

Does anyone know if this is the correct way to file this?

You only count them as family size if they included in your household , so don't count your ex-wife.

I meant to say, on I-864 Part 5, family size, instead of DS-260!

Unless ex wife was previously sponsored and still covered by the I 864 associated with her immigrant visa

The Ex-wife I have to include since she only has around 30 quarters of taxable work in the US, I believe.

Not if he’s still responsible for her per the previously signed I-864.

What I'm wondering if I listed the questionnaire correctly in answering 1-8 on wife's and stepson's I-864?

Wife's DS-260:

1. 1  Wife

2. 1  Me

3. 0

4. 0

5. 0

6. 1  Ex-wife

7. 0

8. 3 total dependents

On Stepson's DS-260:

1. 1  Stepson

2. 1. Me

3. 0

4. 0

5. 0

6. 1  Ex-wife

7. 0

8. 3 Total dependents
