HELP 221g Urgent - US EMBASSY IN LEBANON

Hey guys, not sure if anyone has experience with this, my fiance went to do the interview and was required to bring a missing form to the interview ( they never even asked for it in the pre interview checklist ) but anyways, she was not allowed to make the interview and was given a 221G to get the missing form, the form takes 24 hours to get and we already got it. She was told she didn’t have to pay again and to schedule another interview. The problem is theirs no option for k1 interviews in the 221g scheduling.

they didnt even let her do the interview they just asked for the form, and to reschedule and that she doesnt have to pay again.

we dont know what to do and are in limbo again. She has the form and is trying to schedule a follow up interview but the system says she needs a new DS260 number..

has anyone had this happen? This is so confusing , how do we book a follow up interview, and the worst thing is the embassy in lebanon does not after their emails ever, not even after months, its as if the emails go straight to a trash can.

she filled out the DS260

K1 applicants never fill out DS-260 - that is for spousal visas. K1s have to fill out DS-160

Just confirmed with her she did fill out the DS160..

so the question is, how and when are we able to schedule a follow up appointment if the embassy doesnt respond to emails and the traveldocs site doesnt have a check box for K1 under the IV229 followup interview option..

As I suggested, have the petitioner reach out, if that doesn’t work then involve a senator or a representative.

They requested a police record from the resident country, she already got it.

we just need to figure out how to set a follow up appointment with out paying another fee..

And the us embassy in lebanon just doesnt answer to emails..

Police record requirement was not on the consulate checklist??  They all require them, very much common knowledge.

The instructions say for any country you resided after the age of 16+ for more than 6 months, she has a jordan citizenship but never had residency there, and never lived there more than 6 months
