Hi Family

I don't know if this is normal, but I have received a case transferred and fingerprint taken notifications twice within a month.  Didn't file for citizenship here, I can't deal with anxiety.

I have received the first case transfer notification letter saying the case was sent to NBC for faster processing .

What's going on with my case ?

Why is the notification twice in a month and after a SR response ?

Why not? USCIS is known to produce many erroneous and duplicate notifications.

Until you have your GC in hand, everything is possible.

Happened to us like that too after our case was transferred, but ours was transferred due to filing the N400. I think they do this because once your case goes to a new office they redo the status and issue the status from the new office. I would not worry about it its just some USCIS thing. You got one status from your original office then once the case was transferred the new office had to put their brand on it so to speak. Probably does not make any sense my explanation, but it does not interfere with anything. Happened to us and we were baffled just like you were!

4 years, 11 months, 2 weeks and 3 days

Citizenship Complete!

USCIS is like a box of chocolates, you never know what kind of answer you are going to get!!!!
